Richard Mishaan Design Is An Eclectic Mix Of Lavish With Quality

Richard Mishaan was born in Colombia. He did his graduation from the New York University. He went on to study at the Columbia University School of Architecture. Then he started his career by becoming an apprentice with Philip Johnson.

 

The Richard Mishaan design is a unique combination of fashion along with architecture plus interior design. Even his cultural roots play a role here as they have given him a strong understanding of luxury that should come along with quality.

 

He is the author of two books, namely, Modern Luxury and Artfully Modern. They have been published by Monacelli Press. The book, Artfully Modern, was released in 2014.

He has just finished designing the Shelborne Hotel that is located in South Beach. Currently, he is designing the Hotel Tcherassi which is in Cartagena Colombia. He is also designing the Marriot AC located on South Beach.

 

Richard Mishaan has a big project in mind. He is founding a new hotel brand, and he will be working on the concept, designing as well as branding for it.

He is impressed with the way in which lobby design has changed over the years. The traditional way to check-in has disappeared as hotel services become personalized in order to give exemplary customer service.
